These Terms of Service govern your use of calenesecom.com and the consulting services provided by Calenes Ecom LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.
We provide e-commerce consulting, including store setup and optimization, advertising strategy, creative production, research and operational advice. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline and fees of each engagement are set out in a written proposal accepted by the client.
Fees are stated in each proposal. Unless agreed otherwise, project work is billed 50% upfront and 50% on delivery, and retainers are billed monthly in advance. Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice.
Retainers may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. Work already performed and upfront payments for work in progress are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the proposal.
We provide professional advice and execution based on our experience. Sales, advertising and business results depend on many factors outside our control and are not guaranteed.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely access to the accounts and tools needed, and for the products they sell and their compliance with applicable laws.
Upon full payment, deliverables created specifically for the client become the client's property. We may retain general know-how and methods.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees paid for the services giving rise to the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
